How are my paving slabs delivered?
All orders are delivered via a pallet network using a tail-lift vehicle. The driver will offload the pallet to the nearest kerbside or flat, hard-standing area.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date during the checkout process. We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days, as well as express next-day options.
Should I order extra slabs for my project?
We recommend ordering an additional 10% more than your precise measurements to account for cuts, breakages during installation, and future repairs.
What is the difference between calibrated and uncalibrated slabs?
Calibrated slabs have been processed to a consistent thickness, making them much easier and faster to lay. Uncalibrated slabs vary in thickness and require more skill to level.
Do you offer a returns policy for over-ordered items?
We accept returns of full, unopened pallets within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return haulage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your natural stone slabs ethically sourced?
Absolutely. All of our Indian Sandstone and Limestone products are sourced from suppliers that adhere to strict ethical trading standards and fair labor practices.
