At Paving Slabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor transformation. If your paving stones are not the right fit for your project, you can return unused, full pallets within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the unused slabs to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Pallet
Ensure all stone slabs are securely stacked on their original pallets and wrapped tightly to prevent shifting or breakage during transit.
Schedule Collection
We will coordinate with our specialized heavy-goods haulier to collect the materials from your property; please ensure clear access for a 17-ton crane vehicle.
Inspection and Refund
Once the materials arrive back at our yard and pass a quality inspection for damages, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus applicable haulage fees.
